Reeths-Puffer opened its season Tuesday at the Calvary Christian
Invitational, highlighted by two individual top-10 finishes from two
Rocket freshman girls.
Harper Roberts finished in seventh
place, with Hope Gordon in 10th, as the Rocket girls finished in fourth
place out of six scoring teams. The boys team placed third of seven
scoring teams.
Roberts' time was 21:47.5, and Gordon's was
22:20.8. Darcy Keefe followed for R-P with a 19th-place finish
(23:51.2), and Sidney Shackelford (50th, 28:06.1) and Kelsea Kent (56th,
28:54.6) also scored.
Gabriel Luna led the Rocket boys with a
14th-place finish and a time of 19:24.3, and Kyron Novak took 17th in a
time of 19:37.96. Landon Learn was 19th (19:53.6), Kasyn Novak was 25th
(20:26.3) and Bryce Blair placed 30th (21:08.4).
