After the Montague City Council passed a resolution to allocate additional funding for it, the city announced Tuesday that the Senior Market Voucher program can continue distributing vouchers to city seniors.
The vouchers will be issued at the Farmer's Market cottage on the following remaining dates in the 2026 season: Aug. 22, Sept. 12, and Sept. 26, or until the funds run out. City of Montague residents are eligible to receive vouchers once a month in August and September to finish out the original schedule as planned.
Remember to bring your ID to obtain the vouchers. Senior residents, age 60 and up, that live within the City of Montague are eligible for Senior Market Vouchers.
