Montague track teams drop both ends of Ludington Tri

Montague lost both ends of a tri meet to Ludington and Fremont Tuesday. The Wildcat girls lost close to Fremont, 72-64, and fell 86-50 to Ludington. The boys' team lost 79-57 to Fremont and 74-50 to Ludington.
Addi Smith won two events for the Wildcat girls. She set a personal best of 1:03.9 to win the 400-meter dash and also won the pole vault with a mark of 8-6.
Michael Jones picked up two wins for Montague, taking first in the pole vault (9-6) and the 300-meter hurdles (46.83). Also for the Wildcats, Hunter French won the 100 hurdles (18.55) and Nolan Kessler won the 3,200-meter run (10:46.9).
