The White Lake Bike Program, which provides bicycles available to borrow for free in the White Lake area, is in need of bikes and encourages all who can to donate.
Those who have a bicycle to donate may do so at the bike rack in front of the Montague branch of the Muskegon Area District Library. All sizes and styles are welcome.
The program is sponsored by the City of Montague, Montague Police Department, the Montague Downtown Development Authority and the White Lake Area Climate Action Council.
To use a bike, simply go to one of the designated racks throughout Montague. Once done with the bike, return it to one of the racks. All racks designated for the program will have a sign identifying it.
