The Oceana County Economic Alliance (OCEA) invites all business owners to join their HR Network session, Tuesday, May 5 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Oceana County Services Building, located at 844 S. Griswold Street in Hart.
“Join us for an HR Network session featuring Wendy Gradwohl Wells, Ph.D., of WSCC. Learn about talent attraction strategies, including the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s Talent Pipeline Management model, and how it’s being used in neighboring counties,” said OCEA Director Curtis Burdette.
This session will begin a conversation on whether the model could benefit Oceana employers and discuss other opportunities to attract talent. Lunch will be provided by WSCC Catering. Please register by emailing burdettec@rightplace.org
