Hart volleyball sweeps home tri meet

Hart swept a home tri meet Tuesday, defeating Muskegon Catholic and Orchard View to improve its season record to 9-10-1.
The Pirates edged the Crusaders in a tough three-game match, 25-14, 18-25, 25-21, and swept the Cardinals 25-10, 25-14.
It was a successful night defensively for Hart, as the team racked up 97 digs. Alayna Schiller led the way with 31 digs. Ava Johnson had four blocks at the net.
Offensively, Grace Tucker posted 27 assists and Cali Eisenlohr had 23. Reese Smith had a team-best 15 kills and hit for a .234 average, and Rilynn Porter added 12 kills. Smith also led the Pirates in aces, with six.
