Shelby Township Supervisor Richard Raffaelli (far left), recognized the many individuals, groups and businesses who were key in bringing the center from a dream to reality. TACC General Manager Vanessa Fernandez-Torres was also pleased to reveal the official mascot name, selected by popular vote as "Roary." Earl and Linda Peterson (center) helped to cut the ribbon with State Senator Jon Bumstead.
