On Tuesday, Oct. 7, Reviving Our American Democracy (ROAD) will host a presentation on how the ballot proposal process works at 7 p.m. in the White Lake Senior Center. Included in the presentation is information on the two proposals on the Nov. 3 ballot. The proposals are on the back side of the ballot. It’s easy to overlook them, especially if voters don’t know what they are about and why they are important to vote on.
To help voters get a grip on the proposal process and the content of this election’s proposals, ROAD will host professor David Takitaki from Ferris State University's political science faculty. He will explain the process and answer audience questions. All are welcome to attend.
