Shelby finished in fourth place, and Hart was seventh, in the eight-team Crystal Flash Tiger Invitational at Benona Shores Golf Course.
The Tigers posted a team score of 388, 10 strokes behind second-place Muskegon Catholic. (Ludington dominated the meet with a 332.) Two Shelby players finished in the individual top 10, with Kadence Blohm taking seventh with a 91 and Jordan Wolting placing ninth with a 93. Bailey Blohm shot a 101 and Jaedyn Allen posted a 103.
For Hart, which had a team score of 454, Reese Smith shot a 107, closely followed by Baleigh Klotz with a 108. Joselyn Flores had a 113 and Lindsey VanDerZanden posted a 126.
