Hart went 1-1 at Thursday's double dual meet at Spring Lake, opening with a tough loss to the Lakers (20-25, 25-23, 25-17, 25-16) and sweeping Whitehall (25-10, 25-22, 25-20).
Alayna Schiller had a big night defensively for the Pirates (18-7-3), collecting 42 digs. Reese Smith had 24, and also led the offense with 24 kills.
Peyton Erickson posted 17 kills for the Pirates. Calyn Eisenlohr totaled 35 assists and Grace Tucker chipped in 25. Schiller also had six aces.
