Hart played an excellent game against North Muskegon, one of the top teams in the West Michigan Conference, Monday night, though it had to settle for a 1-1 tie.
The Pirates tied the game near the midpoint of the second half on a goal by Adriel Belmares, assisted by Damian Hernandez. Coach Guillermo Ortega said Hart had the better of play over the final 25 minutes, but was unable to get another goal in the net.
"The Pirates constantly battled back and controlled the game well," Ortega said.
