Reeths-Puffer soccer welcomes back starting keeper, blanks Fruitport

Back at full strength Saturday, Reeths-Puffer blanked Fruitport 2-0 for its fourth win in five games.
The Rockets (8-5-1) welcomed back starting keeper Ava Callender, who missed several games with a concussion according to the team website. Callender appeared in midseason form in picking up the shutout, making four saves.
Jaslynn Kops and Ashlyn David each had a goal for the Rockets in the victory. The team owned. slim 5-4 edge in shots on goal.
