Reeths-Puffer led throughout in Wednesday's district semifinal game
against Ludington and took home a 3-2 victory, advancing to Friday's
final against host school Cedar Springs.
The highlight of the
game was Jaslynn Kops breaking the Rockets' single-season scoring record
with her 23rd goal of the season, making the score 3-1 in the second
half. Kops broke the mark set by Sophia Hekkema in 2023.
Abby Hill and Ashlyn David also scored for R-P in the victory.
