Reeths-Puffer had a tough day against Division 1 No. 16-ranked
Jenison Tuesday, losing an O-K Green Conference doubleheader 13-1 and
13-0.
The Rockets' only run came in the fifth inning on a RBI
single by Eli Bessinger, one of three hits R-P managed in the game.
Jenison scored seven times in the second inning to take control of the
game.
R-P (7-12, 3-11 O-K Green) got seven hits in game two
but couldn't turn any of them into runs. Jack Yonkman and Jaxon Lee each
got two hits. Bessinger pitched 1 1/3 hitless innings of relief.
