MONTAGUE — Montague struggled with errors and control problems in the circle during Tuesday's West Michigan Conference Lakes doubleheader against Ludington, dropping a pair of games 24-1 and 17-5.
The Wildcats had issues getting the ball to the catcher, which allowed several Oriole baserunners to race around the bases without hitting the ball. Ludington also, however, connected on several big hits. Four Orioles had multiple hits in game one, and in game two, Kaelyn Cole and Eva Flores each had three.
Wildcat statistics were not reported.
