Montague's teams both finished 15th out of 20 schools at Friday's
Kent City Elite Invitational, featuring some of the top teams from the
west side of the state.
Isaac French highlighted Wildcat
finishes with an impressive win in shot put, where he delivered a
personal best mark of 52-9.25. Dylan Bailey was the next-highest
Montague finish, coming in sixth place in high jump with a mark of 5-8.

Smith had a strong day for the Wildcat girls, delivering the two
highest finishes for the team. Smith took sixth in the 200-meter dash
with a time of 28.06 seconds, and she was also seventh in pole vault
with a mark of 8-6.
