The Pentwater Arts Council launches new website, announces plans for student art show in May

The Pentwater Arts Council is proud to announce the launch of its new redesigned website, offering a colorful, fresh and accessible online space for the community to explore local arts and culture. The new platform provides improved navigation, updated event listings and expanded information about programs and opportunities for artists and resident alike.
Designed with users in mind, the website makes it easier for visitors to discover upcoming exhibitions, performances and public art projects throughout the region. Local artists can also find resources, Featured Artist application information and ways to engage the arts council’s initiatives.
The Pentwater Arts Council’s new site reflects its commitment to strengthening connections between artists, organizations and the broader community. By creating a central hub for arts-related information, the council hopes to encourage greater participation in cultural activities and support the growth of the local creative sector.
Community members are invited to explore the new website, pentwaterartscouncil.org, and stay informed about the latest arts events, opportunities and news. The Pentwater Arts Council encourages residents, artists and supporters to visit the site regularly and take part in the vibrant cultural life of the community.
In addition, the arts council is proud to host and support the Oceana Student Art Show that will take place from May 1-2 at the Oceana County Council on Aging in Hart. The original artwork of Oceana students, K-12, will be on exhibition and juried by professional artists to determine 1st, 2nd, 3rd place and Best in Show monetary awards. The exhibition is open to the public, who will have the opportunity to vote for the People's Choice Award.
