Whitehall boys basketball can't slow down Ludington

Whitehall was the latest West Michigan Conference Lakes opponent to be unable to stop Ludington Monday night, dropping an 84-59 decision to the Orioles.
Ludington is unbeaten in league play, and with the exception of an overtime win over Fremont in December has beaten all conference foes by 20 or more points.
The Vikings hung with the O's into the second quarter, but a lengthy scoring run gave Ludington a 37-22 halftime lead and they never looked back.
Corde Anderson led Whitehall with 16 points and eight rebounds, and Pierce Westerlund had 11 points and eight boards. Alex Winczeski scored 12 points. Ludington knocked down 13-of-27 shots from long range, led by Cam Gunsell's 24 points and Taj Williams' 21.
