Montague closed out regular-season action with a pair of West Michigan Conference wins at Oakridge Wednesday night, defeating Ludington 59-21 and beating Oakridge 70-10.
The Wildcats ended WMC dual season 5-1 heading into the league tournament Friday, which they will host.
The 'Cats senior boys all went 2-0: Ben Hayes, Fletcher Thommen, Kaiden Jeffery, Michael Jones, Isaac French and Maverick Osborne. James DeYoung, Tony Garcia, Jon Mueller and Gavyn Maddox were also 2-0.
"It’s always good to finish the regular season with a few wins, and it’s even
better when all our seniors can finish 2-0," Montague coach Kris Maddox said.
