Montague played a dominant fourth quarter Tuesday night and earned its best win of the season by defeating Manistee 53-45.
The Wildcats outscored the Mariners 17-7 in the final quarter to seize the win.
"It
was a great overall team win tonight," Montague coach Jess DeBruin said. "We did the little things and
played hard to get a good, hard-fought win. I am proud of how the girls
came together and played tonight. "
Gentry Knop led the 'Cats with 14 points, and Annelyse Schneider added 13. Avamae Fett had a game-high 16 for Manistee.
