Montague struggled early in both halves Tuesday night, dropping a 52-36 contest to Ravenna.
The
Wildcats were outscored 15-5 in the first quarter and 14-5 in the
third, and those slow starts proved to be the difference in the game.
"We
did not shoot the ball well and missed many opportunities at the
basket," Montague coach Nick Thaler said. "I felt like we did not play with the sense of urgency that you
need at this point in the season."
Cole Herremans led Montague with eight points, and Kellen VanSickle had seven.
