Hesperia took a 55-14 defeat to Manistee Monday in West Michigan Conference cross-divisional play.
The Panthers fell behind big early, trailing 34-2 at halftime. The running clock was in play by the end of the third quarter.
"Manistee's motion offense and
their pressure defense led to several easy buckets," Hesperia coach Scott Warsaw said.
The Panthers struggled with turnovers, committing 29 of them.
Landin Sowa scored 20 points for the visiting Mariners to lead all players. Nate Sherburn and Tyler Rumsey each had six points for Hesperia.
