Montague lost a close West Michigan Conference Lakes game to Orchard View Thursday, 36-28.
The
Cardinals took command of the game from the outset and led 21-4 at
halftime before Montague (0-2, 0-1 WMC Lakes) made some gains in the
second half.
Wildcat senior Gentry Knop again led the team in
scoring, going for 19 points in the defeat. Annelyse Schneider added six
points.
