Reeths-Puffer hockey downed by Troy United in home opener

Reeths-Puffer fell short of the 2-0 start it wanted Saturday afternoon, dropping its home opener to Troy United 9-2.
The second period is where it got away from the Rockets (1-1), as Troy scored four consecutive goals to extend a 1-0 lead to 5-0.
Hayden Taylor and Jordan Benkert each scored one goal for R-P in the second period. Tyler Cuti and Dom Switzer recorded an assist apiece.
