Shelby went 1-1 at the Western Michigan Christian Tri Wednesday
night. The Tigers defeated Cedar Springs 25-21, 25-12 and fell to the
host Warriors 25-22, 25-21.
Briar Peters paced the Tiger
defense with 21 kills, and Brylee Friedman added 15. On offense, Kylie
Brown had 14 kills, with Peyton Rapes contributing 24 assists.
Hali Hayes led the Shelby serving with three aces, and Annie Stark recorded two blocks.
