Reeths-Puffer tied for third place in Tuesday's Mona Shores jamboree in Muskegon, shooting a team score of 199.
The Rockets tied with Caledonia for third, finishing 24 strokes behind first-place Byron Center.
“I love the fact that my team is never satisfied and wants to get
better," Rockets' coach Matt Pallett said. "I have really challenged this group with a very difficult start
to our season. Although a little frustrated with their scores at times,
they continue to impress me with their work ethic and mental toughness.”
Sophia McCollum enjoyed another impressive round, earning medalist honors with a 37. She made a birdie on the par-4 eighth hole.
“Sophia continues to impress with her very solid play," Pallett said. "She has been fun to watch. She loves to compete."

Ambler took ninth overall and finished with a 48. Ella Voorhies shot a
56, and Ava Gibbs was the Rockets' fourth scorer with a 58.
