Whitehall's boys team brought home the top prize at Saturday's
Fremont Hill and Bale Invitational behind another individual victory by
Bobby Jazwinski.
Jazwinski won the boys' race in a time of
16:09.2, beating everybody else in the field by just over a minute.
Teammate Hunter Parsons also placed in the top 10, finishing in seventh
place (18:13.3).
Justin Jensen finished 17th for the Vikings
(19:15.2), and Ian Dennis was 25th (19:29.5). Matthew Badley closed out
team scoring with a 34th-place finish (20:00.5), edging teammate Scout
Freiheit by a second and a half.
The Viking girls had three
finishers, led by Reese Hesse, who was 26th (24:20.9). Ella Nicholson
finished 38th (25:55.1), and Kassidy Parmley was 42nd (27:01.2).
