Believe it or not, the 2025-26 school year is fast approaching. If your child is in need of a backpack for the coming year, Lebanon Lutheran Church is hosting a backpack giveaway Wednesday, Aug. 13 from 5-7 p.m.
Backpacks and water bottles will be given away to K-12 students, and local organizations are welcomed to set up booths to promote their services as well.
The evening will also include a free supper provided to local families.
All are welcome. Students must be present to receive a backpack.
