Whitehall lost a doubleheader to Traverse City West Saturday, 11-1 and 5-2.
The second game of the twin bill was close most of the way until the Titans pulled away with two runs in the sixth inning.

Winters had Whitehall's only hit, an RBI single, in game two. He also
drove in a run on a sacrifice fly. Myles Welch allowed two earned runs
on nine hits and struck out two.
The Vikings (6-14) also had
only one hit in the opener, a single by Justin Jensen. A Welch sacrifice
fly accounted for Whitehall's only run.
