The Rockets (3-11, 2-5 O-K Green Conference) lost 2-1 to the Sailors earlier in the season.
Shores scored a goal in the late portions of each half, though R-P held a 9-8 advantage in shots on goal. Keeper Sara Carlson had six saves.
